Gary Pretzer, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions

Gary Pretzer is a Senior Consolidated Services Group Partner who brings 40 years of refreshment experience to the CSG team.

As director of M&A services, Gary’s extensive industry experience provides business valuation and transaction services to better serve our clients as they expand their business holdings by acquisition.

Gary spent four decades building his own OCS/Vending company, Embassy Refreshment Services, into a regionally recognized refreshment service business. During his years in business, Gary bought and sold several business entities before eventually packaging his company for sale to a venture capital group in the Chicago area.

Gary has actively served on numerous industry and government boards. He dedicated 25 years of his spare time to serve as an elected government official, which included four terms as the mayor.

After the sale of Embassy Refresmeent Services, Gary joined forces with Consolidated Services Group to provide M&A services to the OCS and vending industry.
